He was asleep when the bombs hit. And now Om Noun in a makeshift bed in the corridor of Phnom Penh's Khmer-Sovietique Hospital. Still, the 32-year-old soldier is one of the lucky ones. the American B-52 that mistakenly saturated his village of Neak Luong with tons of bombs last week took at least 145 lives-the costiest bombing error of the long Indochina war.
