Peking, Sept. 1, Exiled Cambodian Leader Prince Norodom Sihanouk said in an interview here yesterday that he would "leave town" if US secretary of state-designate Henry Kissinger comes to Peking. Mr. Kissinger said last week that he would visit Peking as soon as his cabinat opointment is confirmed by the senate.
