The Cambodian people struggle objectives are clearly expounded at the beginning in the March 23, 1973 declaration by Samdech Norodom Sihanouk, Head of State and Chairman of the NUFC. They were solemnly reaffirmed in the July 21, 1973 declaration of the RGNUC on the occasion of the important and historic national congress held from July 19 to 21, 1973 in Cambodia.
