In its political declaration, the Algiers conference stated the following with regard to the questions of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos: - The confernce welcomes the signing of the Paris Agreement on Vietnam and considers this as a common victory of the Vietnamese people and the peoples of the Non-Aligned counties and all the forces in the world standing for peace and freedom. The conference expresses its concern over the refual of the US and the Saigon administration to strictly implement the Paris agreement.
