Phnom Penh, Sept. 4 (UPI). Fighting erupted on three sides of Phnom Penh today and government troops searched out the remaining rebel infiltrators in the provincial capital of Kampong Cham, the Cambodian high command said. "At Kampong Cham, after having cleared the entire city, our troops are pursuing their operations to enlarge the zone of defense", a command spokesman said.
