Every war produces its crop of refugees and Cambodia has proved to be no exception. In three years of fighting in that once-peaceful land, close to 1 million people have been uprooted from their homes by bombs and bullets. with last week's all-out communist attack on Kampong Cham, Cambodia's third largest city, the refugee situation was sure to get worse. News week correspondent Tony Chiften reports on this mounting human tragedy.
