The Royal Government of National Union of Cambodian and a number of Cambodian mass organisations addressed a letter on May 16 to peace-loving and justice-upholding governments and mass organisations of the countries of the world and to the progressive personages of the United States other countries, appealing to them to condemn U.S imperialism and its herchmen for their acts of aggression.
