Phnom Penh, The vigorous offcensive inched early and January by Forces the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia (GRUNK) upset callations in Cambodia. Wether the battlefield events of the first weeks of 1975 will prove the undoing of President Lon Nol's Khmer Republic is the major question. Then again, their is the possibility tat the position of the Phnom Penh sometime may even be streng thened.
