On May 12 last year, a harmless US cargo vessel steamming of Cambodia was siezed by the newly-triumphant Khmer Rouge forces and subsequently "rescued" by a US cambined military and naval operation. Immediately it was recovered, Roy Rowan, Head of the Hong Kong Bereau of Time Magazine, climbed on board and spent the following days in tensively interviewing the crew, transcribing their personal histories and accounts of their experience in Cambodia hands.
