Peking, March 7--One of the few outsiders to visit Cambodia since the Khmer Rouge victory described the country today as a land of radical revolution and "Considerable Suffering." Sweden's ambassador in Peking, Kaje Bjork, returned on Friday from a 15 day fact finding tour of the new Khmer Republic.
