About 98 percent of Cambodia's eligible voters went to the polls yesterday and elected a 250 member national assembly, Phnom Penh radio reported this morning. The assembly, however, contained none of the principle name in the Cambodian government, according to the officiallist read in its entirety during the broadcast by Information Minister Hu Nim.
