Yung Chrorn aka Hakk, working in battalion 502, admitted that Som was a secretary of Northern zone battalion. In February 1973, Em introduced Som to me in order cooperatively to carry out activities in the future. In October 1973, Yung Chrorn and Som discussed about plan to defame the Kampuchea Communist Party's leading-guideline, to expand traitorous forces increasingly, and to destroy the revolutionary forces in battlefield.
ឈ្មោះ យុង ជ្រន ហៅ ហាក់ វរសេនាតូច ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សុំ ជា លេខាវរសេនាតូចរបស់ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ នៅខែ ២-១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ អែម បានឧទេ្ទសនាម សុំ ឱ្យខ្លួនស្គាល់ដើម្បី ទាក់ទងគ្នាធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅថ្ងៃមុខ។ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៣ ខ្លួន និង សុំ បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាពីផែនការមួលបង្កាច់មាគ៌ាបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់បន្ថែមទៀត និងបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅកុ្នងសមរ ភូមិសំរាប់ធ្វើសកម្មភាព។
