Phnom Penh: the new year offensive by the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia (GRUNK) has enered its sixth week and the situation is turning sour for the Phnom Penh regime of Marshal Lon Nol. The city and the all important airport were under incessant rocket attack and the Phnom Penh forces seemed powerless to stop them.
