You Y aka Pol, and Lim Lon aka Long, confessed that in June 1975, Chhean attended the meeting with Long on carrying out activities against the revolution. In June 1976, he received a plot to fight to get the Phnom Penh City in August 1976.
ឈ្មោះ យូ អ៊ី ហៅ ពល និងឈ្មោះ លឹម ឡុន ហៅ ឡុង បាន សារភាពថា នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ឈាន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ ឈ្មោះ ឡុង ពីសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ បានទទួលផែនការវាយភំ្នពេញនៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦។
