Yuos Chhit aka Chum, secretary of battalion 232, Sokh Yan, secretary of battalion 234, and Lach Khorn aka Thun, member of big cell, division 290, conceded that Pol Tim aka Thoeun, chief of battalion 232, division 290, served as a spy in 1967 and joined the Free Khmer in 1968. In 1971, they conspired to build up treacherous forces at local area and military line. In 1976, they prompted workers and farmers to stage protest and make demand for having market and money and to take the lead people to Vietnam in an attempt to fight back the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ លេខាវរសេនាតូច ២៣២, សុខ យ៉ន លេខាវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ និង ឈ្មោះ ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ប៉ុល ទឹម ហៅ ធឿន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច ២៣២ កងពល ២៩០ ធ្វើគិញនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ ចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៨។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ បានចូលរួមធ្វើ សកម្មភាពក្បត់កសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់នៅមូលដ្ឋាននិងនៅក្នុងជួរកងទ័ព។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ បំផុសកម្មករ កសិករឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទាឱ្យមានផ្សារ ចាយលុយ និង ប្រមូលប្រជាជនទៅយួនដើម្បីត្រឡប់មកវាយ បដិវត្ដវិញ។
