Yun Phat, 36 years old, joined the CIA in 1973 and the Party of Socialist Republic. Phat received Khuon Kandien's CIA plot to be implemented. After April 17, 1975, Phat conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren and Tit Kung by spreading propaganda campaign intended to separate former workers from revolutionary Angkar. Phat conspired to damage materials and frequently to disrupt the machinery process.
ឈ្មោះ យន់ ផាត អាយុ ៣៦ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣, ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ ហើយទទួលផែនការសេអ៊ីអាពីឃួន កណ្ឌៀន មកអនុវត្ដ។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ផាត បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែរយៈហោ ធូរេន និង ទិត គង់ ដោយបាន ឃោសនាបំបែកកម្មករចាស់ចេញពីអង្គការបដិវត្ដ។ ផាត ចូលរួមធ្វើ ឱ្យខូចសម្ភារៈនិងធ្វើឱ្យរអាក់រអួលដំណើរការម៉ាស៊ីនជាញឹកញាប់។
