Summary / Abstract :

Cambodia's communist government broke more than 18 month of silence on the subject of Prince Norodom Sihanouk today with the broadcast of three congratulatory messages attributed to the former chief of state. On of the messages, read over Phnom Penh radio by an announcer, included an attack on "US. imperialism, which is the most powerfull and ferocious imperialist power in the world and in history."
