Yun Soeun aka Yus, chief of handicraft of eastern zone, confessed that Chuon Sokh, chief of commerce of eastern zone, was a free agency from Hanoi. In September 1970, Sokh came to northeast zone to have a secrete meeting with Yus and other networks about the plot to take over the authorities from communist party of Kampuchea. Then, at eastern zone, Chuon Sokh linked its networks with Ta Chhouk.
ឈ្មោះ យន់ សឿន ហៅ យស់ ប្រធានសិប្បកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ាបាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ជួន សុខ ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ា ជាភ្នាក់ងារសេរីមកពីហាណូយ។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧០ សុខ មកនៅភូមិភាគឦសាន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាសំង៉ាត់ជាមួយខ្លួន និងបក្សពួក អំពីគំរោងការណ៍ដណើ្ដមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជា។ ក្រោយមកនៅភូមិភាគបូព៌ា ជួន សុខ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ ជាមួយតាឈូក ទៀត។
