A Japanese newsman, seized by the Khmer Rouge when he walked across the border here last month, was released yesterday afternoon, Radio Thailand announced last night. He was arrested on April 19, together with an unidentified 60-year-old Thai man, and taken to Poipet. The journalist, Nakoi Mabuchi (31) of Eva press International, was handed over to Thai officials of the joint Thai-Cambodian border committee here at about 2 p.m, Radio Thailand said.
