Yun Soeun aka Yuos, Chief of Eastern Zone handicraft, confessed that Mao Sovann, Member of Preah Vihear Region Committee, was a Free Khmer agent coming from Hanoi. In September 1970, the both people held the secret meeting with their networks on the plan to fight to get the Kampuchean Communist Party's authority. After that, the Angkar transferred him to work in Eastern zone; and he then couldn'tcontact Mao Sovann, but he just knew that Mao Sovann worked in Preah Vihear region.
ឈ្មោះ យន់ សឿន ហៅ យស់ ប្រធានសិប្បកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ាបាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សុវ៉ាន់ សមាជិកគណៈតំបន់ព្រះវិហារ ជា ភ្នាក់ងារខ្មែរសេរីមកពីហាណូយជាមួយគ្នា។ នៅខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ អ្នកទាំងពីរបានប្រជុំជាសម្ងាត់ជាមួយបក្សពួកអំពីគំរោងការដណ្ដើម រដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា។ ក្រោយមកអង្គការបានបំបែក ខ្លូនទៅនៅភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ចាប់តាំងពីពេលនោះមក ខ្លួនក៏ដាច់ការ ទាក់ទងជាមួយ ម៉ៅ សុវ៉ាន់ រហូតមក គ្រាន់តែដឹងថា ម៉ៅ សុវ៉ាន់ នេះនៅតំបន់ព្រះវិហារ។
