One year has elapsed since the reactionary Beijing rulers launched a war of aggression along the entire Vietnamese northern border on February 17, 1979. More than 11 months have passed since the Chinese troops suffured a heavy defeat and were forced to withdraw on March 16, 1979 and the Chinese side agreed to talk on problem concerning relations between Vietnam and China.
