On 17th January 1978 our collective workers-[peasant masses, revolutionary army, male and female combatants and revolutionary cadres in all offices and departments throughout the country gather to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our Cambodian revolutionary army in a great atmosphere of seething and active struggle to defend the country and carry on the socialist revolution and socialist construction.
