After being shamefully defeated on 6th January 1978, the Vietnamese enemy, who still nurture expansionist annrxationist designs Cambodia, are continuing to carry out from their territory acts of provocation against our territory. Every day, they shall, fire machineguns at and sent commandos into our torritory, to kill our people and destroy our economy in our border areas in the most ferocious and barbaric manner.
