Summary / Abstract :

Britain and Cambodia have agree to establish diplomatic relations, effectively broken off a few days before the Khmer Rouge took Phnom Penh, the Cambodian Capital, in April last year. Although diplomatic relations will be restored at full ambassadorial level. Britain will not reopen a diplomatic mission in Cambodian captital. Mr. Eward Youde, Britain's Ambassdor to China, is likely to act as non-resident envoy to Cambodia.
