Cambodia yesterday rejected a Vietnamese offer of peaceful negotiations to settle the boder war between the two communist neighbours until all Vietnamese troops withdrew from its territory, Radio Phnom Penh said. In another major development Cambodian premier Pol Pot sent a personal appeal to north Korean president Kim Il-Sung for support in the border conflict, the Pyongyang-based north Korean news agency reported.
