Yan, military cadre, admitted to the record of his traitorous activities since 1967. After joining the revolution for one year, he convinced combatants and cadres to try to strike enemies and the revolution in order to build up a new regime as Vietnam that it had soldiers receiving salary, position levels, and markets; and particularly, the people could happily live with their families.
ឈ្មោះ យ៉ាន ជាកម្មាភិបាលយោធាម្នាក់ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពី សកម្មភាពក្បត់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៧ បន្ទាប់ពីចូលបដិវត្ដបាន ១ឆ្នាំ គឺឃោសនាបំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាលឱ្យខិតខំតស៊ូវាយខ្មាំងឱ្យអស់ និងវាយបដិវត្ដទៀត ដើម្បីកសាងរបបមួយដូចប្រទេសវៀតណាម ដែលកងទ័ព មានប្រាក់ខែ មានសកិ្កពាក់ មានផ្សារលក់ដូរ និងរស់ នៅជាគ្រួសារមានការសប្បាយ។
