Peking, Jan 10. -The official Chinese press for the first time today gave equal treatment to the viewpoints of vietnam and Cambodia in their border disput. The Peking people's daily quoted two communiques published by Phnom Penh and Hanoi last Friday, reproduching both the Cambodian accustations against Hanoi and the Vietnamses charges against Phnom Penh.
