Paris, Oct.22 (AP)--Cambodian, after a year and a half of nearly total isolation and a reign of torror that western analysts beleive may have cause 500,000 deaths, is growing calmer internally and has started a cautious campaign of increased contact with the outside world. The conclusion of two senior analysts of Indochinese affairs here is that the Khmer Rouge leaders now finally feel they have the mechanism for controlling the they took over in April, 1975.
