Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, confessed that in 1975, Man, Chief of Husbandry Unit, Division 450, attended the meeting and received plots from Suong, [secretary of Division 450], to attack the party on the 10th anniversary. Man consecutively received the plots to prompt people to have conflict with soldiers, to build up more and more CIA agents, to kill cadre and soldiers who rejected to join the new Kampuchean Labor Party, and to bring up with men and women morality within the army line and hospital.
ឈ្មោះ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះបានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ាន ប្រធានអង្គភាពចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ សួង«លេខាកងពល ៤៥០» គឺវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃបុណ្យខួបខែ១០-១៩៧៥។ ម៉ាន បានទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យមានទំនាស់ជាមួយ កងទ័ព កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបានច្រើន សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល និងយុទ្ធជនណាដែលមិនព្រមចូលរួមក្នុងបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មី និងបំផុសសីលធម៌បុរសនារីទាំងក្នុងជួរកងទ័ពនិងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ។
