A U.S. delegation headed by United Auto Workers President Leonard Woodcock will travel to Vietnam the middle of next month to seek an accounting of Americans missing in that country, the State Department announced today. Department spokesman Frederick Brown said a parallel objective of the Five-member commission will be to discuss with Vietnamese authorities the possibility of establishing better relations with Hanoi.
