ឈ្មោះ វី កងតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហេង ផាន់ ហៅ ផេន នយោបាយកងធំ កងពល ៣១០ថាៈ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ផេន បានចូលរួមសរុបលទ្ធផលបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ។
