Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Cambodia, following a recent U.S. request for a renewal of contact, has vigorously reiterated its unconditional rejection of any relationship with the United States. The request, according to a Cambodian Statement delivered to this correspodent, was made in Peking March 14. The Statement said: "The representative of the United States liaison office in Peking" called at the Cambodian Embassy to ask to see the ambassador.
