The Khmer Rouge do not like to waste their ammunition on babies, according to Mr. Kia Naeyued, the chief of the Thai frontier village of Sanlo Changan. "They ripped a two-year-old girl out of her brother's arms, tossed her into the air, and spiked her through the stomach with a bayonet. Then they shot her brother."
