Summary / Abstract :
|
Despite outward appearances of solidarity, all is not well between China and Cambodia, its closest Southeast Asian friend. Following the overthrow of the "gang of four"-believed to be enthusiastic supporters of the Khmer Rouge-minor but significant signs of difference between the two countries have stated to emerge. The lastest indication was Cambodia's failure to sent greetings to the Eleventh congress of the Chinese Communist Party.
