Premier Pol Pot of Cambodia has admitted that there have been several border clashes involving neighbouring countries, blaming them on "enemies" seeking to overthrow his country's communist government. The New China News Agency today quoted him telling a press conference here yesterday that Cambodia's cities were evacuated after the April, 1975, Khmer Rouge takeover to force enemy spies into Communist-controlled rural areas.
