The Vietnamese Le Duan-Pham Van Dong clique is currently experiencing a most serious and distressing crisis which it cannot solve. Military, politically, economically, financially and diplomatically, it is on the verge of collapse. Despite the fact that the clique has objectly begged the international exspansionist - itsmasters - and the imperialists to come to its rescue, completed defeat is inevitable. So long as this clique continuer to purse a policy of agression, expansion and annexation against other countries and continues to become the stooge of international exspansionism and imperialism, it will get bogged down deeper in crisis in all fields and will finally be strangled to death.
