The soviet news agency Tass published an article in the 24th August issue of "Pravda" - organ of the Soviet Communist Party - which strongly impugned the national honour of the Cambodian people and insolently interfered in the internal affairs of Democratic Cambodia. The propagenda and Information Department of the Foreign Ministry of Democratic Cambodia is authorized to make the following statement.
