Bangkok Feb 1. Vietnamese troops were said today to be moving in large number through Southern Laos towards Cambodia. Cambodia Radio reported "Continued acts of infiltration by the Vietnemese" and a well informed source on Bangkok spoke of "unusual and major movements of Vietnamese troops in southern Laos toward the Cambodian border".
