Voal Sapon confessed that Kul San was a wall painting worker who received the indoctrination from Put Kim Seng to go against the revolution. In July 1975, San had the link with the old network at Power Plant 2 with Put Kim Seng. After that, Kul San received Um Chamreun's plan to make protest in demand for children being taken care by their own and to destroy machine.
ឈ្មោះ វាល់ សាប៉ុន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ គុល សន ជាកម្មករ លាបថ្នាំនៅអគ្គិសនីទី២ធ្លាប់បានទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះពុត គឹមសេង ឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់វិញនៅ អគ្គិសនីទី២ ជាមួយពុត គឹមសេង។ ក្រោយមកបានទទួលផែនការ ពីអ៊ុំ ចំរើន ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារនិងបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីន។
