Toek Seng Eng, Chief of Railroad Technicians, onfessed that he assigned Svay Hun to convince people to hate the revolution. At a place where he had been repairing railroad, he always convinced people to rebel against the revolution. Seng Eng did not inform Svay Hun's activity in detail.
