While pouring oil on the fire in Africa, another major Soviet offensive has been aimed at isolating and encircling socialist China and also socialist Kampuchea. It also these two socialist country are directly opposed to the Soviet's plans for world hegemony, and they are playing a leading role in the struggles of all the world's peoples against the two superpowers.
