Vietnam is preparing for a large scale invasion of Kampuchea. In fact, Vietnamese troops have made repeated attacks. On October 19, 21 and 24 Vietnam launched three assaults against Kampuchea's ouyatav area in Ratanakiri province, on October 24 a detachment of Vietnamese troops encroached one Km into Kampuchean territory.
