Summary / Abstract :

Immediately after the war against the US imperialist in 1975, Vietnam has displayed its military power in order to intimidate the Southeast Asia Countries. Vietnam has shown such as an arrogant behaviour for it thought that its forces could attack and annex any region in Southest Asia. Especially, it firmly thought it could take possession of her and turn her into its puppet in a brief space of time.
