Top Siep, soldier of Hospital P-17, confessed that Ka-ok, Deputy Chief of Production Cell, Region 15, was a commander of Platoon before the liberation. Ka-ok had a sexual misconduct with women and Angkar made his arrest and incarerated him at Office M-13, Angsnuol District. In 1975, Pauch aka Doeun convinced Ka-ok to adopt a betrayal attitude. After the liberation, Ka-ok worked at Economic Section of Hospital 17 April. Ka-ok received Pauch's plots to tell his networks at Hospital P-17, to destroy prime warehouses of the hospital and kill cadre. After that, Ka-ok fled from hospital to region 15.
ឈ្មោះ តុប សៀប យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យព-១៧ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ក្អុក អនុក្រុមកងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ មុនរំដោះជាបញ្ជាការអនុសេនាតូច។ ក្អុកខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយនារី ហើយត្រូវអង្គការចាប់យក ទៅដាក់ក្នុង មន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងម-១៣ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ប៉ូច ហៅ ឌឿន បានឃោសនាអប់រំក្អុកឱ្យក្បត់។ ក្រោយរំដោះក្អុកមក នៅមន្ទីរ ពេទ្យ១៧មេសាផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ក្អុកបានទទួលផែនការពីប៉ូច យកមកផ្សព្វផ្សាយបក្ខពួកនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យព-១៧ ឱ្យកំទេចឃ្លាំង សំខាន់ៗនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យនិងសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល។ ក្រោយមកក្អុក លួចរត់ចេញពីមន្ទីរពេទ្យទៅនៅតំបន់ ១៥វិញ។
