Tum Chhoeun aka Chhan, working in state warehouse Battalion, confessed that in July 1976, he and Yann, chief of Division 450 Regiment, joined the meeting and received plan to strike the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ទុំ ឈឿន ហៅ ឆន វរសេនាតូចឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ យ៉ាន់ ប្រធានវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការវាយបដិវត្ដជៅមួយខ្លួននៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
