Tum Chim, Soldier of Land Transport, confessed that Phai and Ky, farmers of Chena Village, Stung Sub-district, Kampong Thom Province, was a former drivers in Kampong Thom province, and worked as spies burrowing inside liberated zone in December 1967. Phai and Ky persuaded people to flee to Kampong Thom provincial town, and spied on a secret works from the revolutionary troop, and finally reported them to Tiep Ben.
ឈ្មោះ ទុំ ជឹម យុទ្ធជនដឹកជញ្ចូនជើងគោក បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផៃ និង គី កសិករនៅភូមិចិនណា ឃុំស្ទោង ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ អតីត កម្មករបើកឡានឈ្នួលនៅកំពង់ធំ។ នៅខែ១២-៦៧ ចូលធ្វើគិញ មកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅតំបន់រំដោះ។ ផៃ និង គី បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ចូល ក្រុងកំពង់ធំនិងស៊ើបយកការណ៍ពីកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដទៅរាយការណ៍ឱ្យ ឈ្មោះ ទៀប បែន។
