Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Tum Pom, Member of Division 310 Big Unit, conceded that Mon, Chief of Region 42 security, coming from Hanoi and recieving plan from Vietnameses, had hidden himself in Kampuchean revolutionary line in order to spy on base authority and expand treacherous forces. In Cambodia, Mon persuaded people to escape to the enemy region and to work as traitorous forces. In 1972, Mon was appointed as Deputy Chief of Stung Trang district, and then Chief of Region 42. At that time, he contacted Chann Chakrei in Eastern zone so as to prepare plan to fight Kampuchean revolutionary forces with Vietnamese; moreover, he contacted Chann Chakrei in Phnom Penh in order to discuss about the plan to seize Phnom Penh in 1976.
ឈ្មោះ ទុំ ប៉ុម កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន ប្រធានសន្ដិសុខតំបន់ ៤២ ជាមនុស្សមកពីហាណូយ ដោយទទួល ផែនការពីយួន មកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីក្ដាប់រដ្ឋ អំណាច និងពង្រឹងកម្លាំងក្បត់។ នៅកម្ពុជា ម៉ុន បានបំផុស ប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង និងអូសទាញប្រជាជនកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ម៉ុន បានឡើងជាអនុលេខាស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់ បន្ទាប់មកឡើង ជាគណៈតំបន់ ៤២ ហើយបានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ចក្រី នៅបូព៌ា ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការវាយកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជាជាមួយ វៀតណាម។ ក្រោយមក ម៉ុន បានមកទាក់ទងជាមួយចាន់ ចក្រី នៅភំ្នពេញ ពិភាក្សាពីផែនការវាយក្រុងភំ្នពេញនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦។
