Ty Sovutha, working at textile factory T-4, confessed that in 1970, Uak Kanthel joined the C.I.A in In Tam's network; after April 17, 1975 he linked with his network, and took part in traitorous activities with Ros Saran, such as burying 3 C-25 Radios in order to use them during staging the rebellion in April 1976.
ឈ្មោះ ទី សុវត្ថា នៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ឱក កន្ធែល បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ នៅកុ្នងខ្សែ របស់ អ៊ីន តាំ។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ខ្លួន ហើយធ្វើសកម្មភាពចូលរួមកប់វិទ្យុ សេ-២៥ ចំនួន ៣ គ្រឿង ជាមួយ រស់ សាវ៉ន ត្រៀមទុកពេលផ្ទុះកូដកម្មនៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦។
