The war aggression and racial extermination being waged by the Le Duan Clique against Kampuchea is well known by the whole world and humanity which demand the end of this brutal and savage war and the respect of the independence and territorial integrity of Kampuchea, in conformity with United Nations charter, the principles of non-alignment and the International laws of the relations between states.
