Summary / Abstract :

1. The congress of the standing committee of the Assembly of the Kampuchea people's representatives. The Government of Democratic kampuchea National Army and the representatives of the various Government Departments held on December 15,16, and 17, 1979 is the result of our continuing work since the Le Duan Clique has overrun Phnom Penh on January 7, 1979 and more particularly since the Government of Democratic Kampuchea has worked out and propagated the political programme of the patriotic and Democratic Front of Great National Union of Kampuchea in September 1979.
